Chitose Station is convenient for airport users because it is only two stations away from New Chitose Airport Station and has many hotels and commercial facilities.

Coin Lockers at Chitose Station

Chitose Station has two coin lockers outside the ticket gates.

Near the main entrance of the 1st floor ticket gate

The first location is near the front doorway as you exit the first floor ticket gate. There is one on each side of the entrance.

  • 400 yen: 12 pieces
  • 500 yen: 1 piece
  • 600 yen: 6 pieces
  • 700 yen: 1 piece

Near the entrance/exit of the station square on the 1st floor

The other location is toward the entrance to the station square on the right as you exit the first-floor ticket gate; go through one of the double glass doors, and you will find coin lockers on the right side.

  • 500 yen: 3 pieces
  • 600 yen: 3 pieces

Suitcases can be placed in the 600-yen lockers.

This locker accepts both transportation IC cards (e.g. Suica) and cash. Bills of up to 1,000 yen can also be used.

Notes on using coin lockers at Chitose Station

Coin-operated lockers at Chitose Station can be used for a maximum of three days.

Lockers that accept only coins are available at the end of the station’s business hours, while those that accept IC cards are charged a daily fee for every 24 hours from the start of use.

If you leave your items for more than 4 days, they will be moved to another location and disposed of after 30 days of storage.
