Coin Lockers at KITTE Hakata
The coin lockers at KITTE Hakata are located on the 10th floor next to the elevators facing the Hakata Exit.
They are inexpensive and can hold suitcases, so they are probably the best coin lockers in the Hakata Station area.
- 200 yen: 24 pieces
- 300 yen: 18 pieces
- 500 yen: 40 pieces
The coin lockers at KITTE Hakata are large enough to hold suitcases.
Even when I checked on Saturday, more than half of the coin lockers were available, so you can use them if you have trouble leaving your suitcase in a coin locker at Hakata Station.
Payment is cash only.
Transportation system IC cards such as Suica and SUGOCA are not accepted.
There is also a currency exchange machine
In the coin locker area of KITTE Hakata, there is also a coin exchange machine.
Even if you do not have coins, if you have 1,000 yen bills, you can exchange them to make it easier to use the coin lockers.
Notes on using coin lockers at KITTE Hakata
Coin lockers at KITTE Hakata can only be used during the same day (10:30 – 23:00).
After the next day, they will be moved to another location.
Please note that they will be discarded after 30 days.
