Coin Lockers at Nakajima Koen Station

The coin lockers at Nakajima Koen Station are located on the left side of the north ticket gate, on the pathway to Exit 1.

These are not daily coin lockers, but hourly coin lockers that charge by the hour for 12 hours.

  • 300 yen for 12 hours: 12 small pieces
  • Medium 400 yen for 12 hours: 2 pieces
  • 500 yen for 12 hours: 2 large pieces

The small is smaller in length and width than the typical small. The large one could hold a large suitcase.

Payment is in coins only. There are no exchange machines nearby, so be sure to have coins ready beforehand.

Notes on using coin lockers at Nakajima Koen Station

The coin lockers at Nakajima Koen Station have no stated hours for loading and unloading, and can be used during the station’s operating hours.

The first departure time from Nakajima Koen Station is 6:13 a.m. and the last departure time is 0:14 a.m.

After the fourth day, the lockers will be moved to another location and stored for 30 days before being disposed of.

When you take out your luggage and go to the platform, go to the elevator-only ticket gate.

Note that Nakajima Koen Station has an elevator-only ticket gate leading to the platform.

If you enter the station through the north ticket gate, which is the main entrance, you will have to take the stairs.

The South ticket gate facing Exit 3 has an escalator that goes up from the platform to the ticket gate to the ground level, as well as stairs.
