On this page, I would like to introduce the information of the coin locker at Omihachiman Station.
Coin Lockers at Omihachiman Station
There are three coin-operated machines at Omihachiman Station.
Coin locker at the back right of the ticket gate
Coin-operated lockers are located at the rear right of JR Omihachiman Station after exiting the station’s ticket gates.
- 300 yen: 20 pieces
- 400 yen: 4 pieces
- 500 yen: 2 pieces
- 600 yen: 1 piece
There are four types of coin lockers.
You can leave your suitcase in a coin locker for 500 yen or more.
Payment is by cash only.
ICOCA and other transport IC cards are not accepted.
Coin lockers behind the stairs at the north exit
Exit the JR Omihachiman station gate and turn left. At the end of the hall, go down the stairs on the left and look back on your right to find coin-operated lockers.
- 300 yen: 15 pieces
- 400 yen: 3 pieces
Only small and medium coin-operated lockers are available.
Payment is by cash only and transport IC cards are not accepted.
Notes on using coin lockers at Omi Hachiman Station
Coin lockers at Omihachiman station are available all day. You can use them for a maximum of three days.
After 2:00 am you will be charged for one day.
Please note that if you leave your items for more than 4 days, they will be moved to another location. In this case, they will keep it for up to 30 days.
Coin lockers are also available in the Tourist Information Center
Exit the JR Omi Hachiman Station ticket office and turn left. At the end of the hall, go down the stairs on the left and turn left to find the Tourist Information Center.
There are large coin boxes on both sides of the entrance.
- 500 yen: 16 pieces
Coin-operated lockers at the Tourist Information Center are large and easy to leave suitcases.
Payment is by cash only.
