Otaru Chikko Station is on the JR Hakodate Main Line.
From the station, a connecting passageway “Marine Road” leads directly to the commercial complex “Wing Bay Otaru” to the north. The ferry terminal of “New Nihonkai Ferry Otaru” is located about 5 minutes from the station by cab.
I will now introduce the coin lockers at Otaru Chikko Station.
Coin Lockers at Otaru Chikko Station
To get to the coin locker location at Otaru Chikko Station, first go out the ticket gate and turn left to the connecting passageway. Go left along the connecting passageway and you will find coin lockers on the left side of the passageway.
- 400 yen: 5 pieces
- 500 yen: 13 pieces
- 600 yen: 4 pieces
Suitcases can be placed in the 600-yen lockers.
Both cash and transportation IC cards (e.g. Suica) are accepted for payment, with only 1,000 yen in paper currency accepted.
Notes on using coin lockers at Otaru Chikko Station
Coin-operated lockers at Otaru Chikko Station can be used for a maximum of 72 hours (3 days).
A daily fee will be added for every 24 hours of use.
If you leave your items for more than 72 hours, they will be moved to another location and disposed of after 30 days of storage.
